1. Appointments & Cancellations
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. By booking, you agree to our Salon Service Client Liability Waiver and these policies. Please arrive on time to receive your full service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals may also affect the duration or availability of your service.

3. Refunds & Service Satisfaction
At Idol Nails & Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction with each service. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can find a suitable solution. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds but will work to address any concerns to your satisfaction.

4. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies before your service begins. Clients with contagious illnesses may be asked to reschedule to protect the well-being of all guests and staff. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for every client.

5. Children & Guests
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that only those receiving services be present in the treatment areas. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

6. Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as payment methods. All payments are due upon the completion of services.

7. Personal Belongings
While we take precautions to provide a secure environment, Idol Nails & Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.

8. Aftercare Responsibility
Following our aftercare instructions is essential to achieve the best results. We provide aftercare information for each service, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to maintain results and reduce any discomfort.

9. Liability Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the Salon Service Client Liability Waiver. This waiver releases Idol Nails & Beauty from any liability related to the services provided and confirms your understanding of any associated risks.

Salon Service Client Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, agree to the following statements regarding services provided by Idol Nails & Beauty:

1. Risk Acknowledgement: I understand that there are inherent risks associated with receiving beauty services, including but not limited to nail enhancements, waxing, and eyelash extensions.

2. Possible Reactions: I acknowledge that services involving adhesives, waxes, and other products may cause eye irritation, skin discomfort, redness, itching, or, in rare cases, infection. Should I experience any discomfort or adverse reactions, I will inform my technician immediately and seek medical attention at my own expense if necessary.

3. Procedure-Related Care: I understand that even when procedures are conducted with care, product displacement or reaction may occur, requiring follow-up care. I agree to contact my technician if issues arise and to have products removed if advised.

4. Aftercare Compliance: I agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by my technician. I understand that failure to do so may affect the durability and appearance of the service (e.g., premature loss of lash extensions or nail lifting).

5. Physical Requirements: For services like eyelash extensions, I understand that I will need to keep my eyes closed for up to 60–180 minutes, lying in a reclined position. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would be aggravated by lying still for an extended period.

6. Ongoing Consent: This agreement applies to both current and future procedures performed by my technician. I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand, and accept the terms outlined in this waiver.

7. Liability Release: I release Idol Nails & Beauty and its staff from all liability associated with my chosen procedures. There are no guarantees for how long any service will last. Idol Nails & Beauty is not responsible for any technician errors or client failure to follow aftercare instructions.

I understand that these terms are binding and that I am responsible for my own aftercare and well-being following the procedure.
